Machu Picchu, Peru, is known for the Incas. The Western world tends to condemn this people for their way of sacrifice, but it is better to open our eyes to their great wisdom. They lived in a tremendously inhospitable area. The trek there is a very hard one. The Indians who built Machu Picchu had limited resources at their disposal, but despite this they managed to create a thriving civilization. They even had running water! It is a very sacred and very powerful place. These people possessed an inner wisdom that unfortunately we do not know today because we have become so far removed from our inner encyclopedia. This inner wisdom makes for good survival.
